Videos are recorded and sent as soon as possible, typically over the following weekend. You will receive an email with link to view your video. The video will be removed 2 weeks from date of send.

For your privacy, we do not store private reading videos past 2 weeks, after that time they are permanently deleted.

All readings are made for the purchaser. The email and first name you enter into the checkout will be what is used to do your reading. It is unethical to read the energy of others without their consent, so if you are feeling generous and want to gift a loved one a reading, please use the Gift Card option in the store.
